The Splice Group is a Sydney based management-consulting company. Its focus is on the alignment of senior leadership effort with business challenges in dynamic organisations. Danny Taylor is Managing Director. He has worked across a number of industry sectors over 20 years, including financial services, telecommunication, technology, healthcare, food & beverage, and professional services.

Prior to founding Splice, Danny held executive leadership roles at Zurich Australia, and was Head of Organisation Development at Westpac. Banking Corporation. He has worked extensively as Adjunct Faculty in Executive Development at the AGSM (Sydney: Australia) & IMD (Lausanne: Switzerland).

Danny has an honours degree in psychology, and an MBA from the AGSM (UNSW). He is a registered psychologist. The Splice Group works with associates as appropriate, to deliver desired organisational outcomes.
